Uncommon Homes is run by Kenny Yap, a Singapore real estate sales person who has spent the better part of a decade finding Singapore homes with character, history, and a strong point of view — from old walk-ups and lofts to thoughtfully renovated apartments and houses.

Trained in both real estate and interior designer, Kenny approaches property as curation rather than volume. Through his interior design practice, Fynd Studio, he brings a designer’s eye to every home he represents — seeing not just what a property is today, but what it could become.

He holds his real estate salesperson licence with List Sotheby’s International Realty (Agency Licence: L3010762D, CEA Registration: R059212B).
